TheraSim CD gathers and displays clinical performance metrics from the TheraSim Clinical Simulator. TheraSim CS compares clinician choices against a knowledgebase of best practices and medical evidence. The resulting competency levels are displayed by the Health Metrics Dashboard. Critical clinical performance metrics on areas such as appropriate drug usage, proper dosing of medications, accurate diagnosis of specific conditions, are assessed and displayed.

The above scatter plot was generated by the TheraSim Health Metrics Dashboard to demonstrate the power of the clinical simulator to translate clinical decisions into quantitative metrics. Taken from a pool of over 3000 physicians, each red dot shows a patient simulation-physician interaction. if the red dot is in the green zone then no significant iatrogenic error of deviation from guidelines occurred. As the user makes mistakes, the dot moves further from the center. The left graph shows the performance of the same population with the clinical guidance engine turned on.
