The Simulation Learning Developer is the quiet hero of the organization. The Simulation Learning Developer is responsible for authoring the educational content from our partners into simulation format. Building content in the simulator requires quick thinking, patience, flexibility and attention to detail. You will need to work within technical constraints to deliver compelling cases and showcase the technical strengths.

Responsibilities
- Writing, checking, and adapting/changing content: responding to faculty requests
- Editing/formatting content and ensuring it fits within the capabilities of the simulation: both aesthetically and functionally
- Perform quality checks on the content; your own and your peers
- Adhere to content development process
- Communicate progress, estimates for completion, and issues to project manager
- Collaborate as part of the content team to improve process and overall client delivery
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in education, technology or related field
- Experience with developing online learning programs
- Training or teaching experience
- Exceptional computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Passion for technology and disrupting status quo

As a QA Engineer at Therasim, you will operate as an integral part of the Development team. You will have the authority and autonomy to shape the QA processes as you see fit, to enable Therasim to deliver the highest quality simulation software possible. You will be involved in all aspects of the SDLC. You will work directly with the Director of Product Development, as well as other stakeholders within the organization, to fully understand business goals and client objectives in order to help define User Stories and system specifications for ongoing development.
Responsibilities
- Understanding test requirements and formulation of test cases
- Setting up and configuring testbeds
- Developing, implementing and executing test plans
- Contributing to, creating and developing test automation strategies
- Investigating found problems and driving their resolution
- Writing test reports
- Test Optimization
- Provide team and project leadership
- Read and understand software and/or hardware design specifications as well as product requirements
- Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for product quality and testability
- Participate in technical discussions within the team and with other groups within Business Units associated with specified projects

TheraSim is looking for an experienced clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or MD – to join our team in the role of Clinical Director. The TheraSim Clinical Director will be responsible for the clinical accuracy of case simulations through development and collaboration with faculty. Clinical content would span multiple therapeutic areas and will need to be turned around under 90-day time frames.
Responsibilities
- Participation in project kick off meetings to review program expectations and learning objectives to cover through simulation
- Leading discussion with faculty who will be authoring case content; providing guidance on the content and explaining structure of simulation
- Developing post-test questions and recap emails as requested
- Preparing documentation to present cases content for CME accreditation
- Participating in pre-sales, curriculum development, and other clinical based requests, as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or MD required
- Two years of clinical experience
